Return Policy- Returns will be accepted within 90 business days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the product price. Shipping will not be refunded. All returns must be saleable and in original packaging. A sales receipt must accompany all returns. Items that are used or damaged are not returnable.

The Ferrets Run Wild, LLC check will be processed within 30 days of the return. Shipping is not refunded. All business and legal matters will be settled in Grand Rapids, MI and are governed by Michigan laws. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation Policy
If there is a delay in a customer order, the customer will be notified via email. The customer has the right to cancel the order and the refund will be processed within seven business days. Refunds to credit cards will be given within thirty days.
